Fire + Salt Open Fire Dining, Thursday 3 September

For one night only, Fire + Salt bring their open-fire dining experience to the lawn at The Griffin. Thursday 3rd September. Arrival from 6:30pm with a welcome cocktail and canapés, sit down at 7pm. A feast cooked entirely over live flame: whole lamb legs, cedar-planked rainbow trout, plancha-roasted new potatoes and salt-baked beetroot, finished with showstopper pavlovas and seasonal fruit. £80 per person, including welcome cocktail, canapés, fire feast and dessert.
